Nov. 1--Property developer Krisda Mahanakorn Plc expects its sales will exceed two billion baht this year, 30 percent above an earlier target, spurred by the launch of five additional housing projects near the end of the year.

As well, the company was laying solid groundwork for sales next year when its two-billion-baht debt restructuring with the Thai Asset Management Corp is fully completed, said Rachada Krisdathanont, senior executive vice-president.

The restructuring agreement between the two sides is expected around year-end. KMC has already restructured 17 billion baht worth of debt, out of a total of 19 ...
