Hip-wiggling Shakira was busting out all over earlier this week in Miami. During her concert, Shakira shook so hard while singing "Fool" that her leather pants split. "She finished the song and then ran off the stage," a concertgoer told the New York Post. After a quick change to cover her caboose, Shakira returned to the stage. But she wasn't done flashing her fans for the evening. At the post-concert party at Ibiza, she caused a "near riot" when her breast popped out of her shirt as she danced atop a booth, the Post's spy said. "The crowd went crazy. ... A police escort had to get Shakira out of there."
