Women's OTC healthcare products acquired from Columbia Laboratories.
2004 AUG 5 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Lil' Drug Store Products, Inc., has acquired a portfolio of women's healthcare products from Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (CBRX).
With this purchase, Lil' Drug Store holds the global marketing rights to RepHresh Vaginal Gel and Advantage-S Contraceptive Gel as well as the foreign marketing rights for Replens Vaginal Moisturizer.
Lil' Drug Store previously purchased the U.S. marketing rights for Replens, the number one vaginal moisturizer in the United States, in May 2000.
As part of the agreement, Columbia Laboratories will provide expertise and its sales force to Lil' Drug Store for a period of two and a half years to promote and support these products to OB/GYNs in the United States.
