Those holiday sounds?

They're not jingle bells. They're not Salvation Army bells. They're not the ba-rumpa, bump-bump of the little drummer boy.

They're the drums of war.

We're going. Question is are we going nuclear?

A Washington Post/ABC News poll last week says 60 percent of Americans favor nuclear force against Saddam Hussein if Saddam goes biological on U.S. troops.

Same poll says 90 percent believe war's coming.

The 90 percent is right. But the 60 percent is nuts.

First, could it be any clearer we're headed to war within six to eight weeks? I don't see how.
