Dec. 3--ASIAN MARINE SERVICE said shareholders had approved the sale of land and buildings on Suk Sawat 49 for 50m bt and its floating dock (Asimar 1) for 40m bt to Marine Acme Thai Dockyard Co. They also approved the purchase of ordinary shares of Marine Acme Thai Dockyard for 10m bt. The transactions were completed on Nov 28 with the company making gains of 68.8m bt.

BROOKER GROUP said Pisit Leeahtam had resigned as chairman and independent director, effective Dec 1. No holders of BROOK-W1 warrants exercised rights in November. Unconverted warrants total 119.1m units.

DBS THAI DANU BANK said holders of DTDB-W1 warrants could exercise rights on Dec 27, notification period from Dec 6-26. Each warrant can be exchanged for one ordinary share at 10 bt.

KIATNAKIN FINANCE said holders of its KK-W2 No 17, KK-W3 No 15 and KK-W4 No 8 warrants could exercise rights on Dec 30, notification period from Dec 16-27. Each KK-W2 warrant can be exchanged for 1.29217 ordinary shares at 10 bt/share. Each KK-W3 warrant can be exchanged for 1.13362 ordinary shares at 12.350 bt/share. And each KK-W4 warrant can be exchanged for one ordinary share at 19.53 bt.

NATIONAL FINANCE said no convertible preferred share holders exercised rights in November.

CHAIPRAKARN CO, plan administrator of Nawarat Patanakarn Plc, said it had appointed Apathorn Karnasuta as vice-president for procurement and transport department, effective Nov 25.
