Chattanooga, Tenn., Gas Utility to Move to New Headquarters Building.

Dec. 1--Chattanooga Gas Co. plans to shift into its new headquarters building in the growing Shallowford Road area in mid-December.

Larry Buie, Chattanooga Gas' general manager, said the utility will move its 50-person work force to the new structure off of Shallowford Road Extension.

Mr. Buie said the project cost is about $1.2 million. Chattanooga Gas is leasing the 10,500-square-foot building at the site which Dillard Partnership purchased from Olan Mills Inc. this summer.
