Sep. 4--Finansa Securities is turning its Internet cafe into a cyber branch to settle a disagreement with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Managing director Varah Sucharitakul said the cafe, run by subsidiary H.T. Com and opened in Songkhla last month, would become a full Finansa branch.
"We are very disappointed at being attacked by the Stock Exchange of Thailand as an illegitimate broker providing an illegal trading branch. Now we just want to stop the whole dispute," Mr Varah said yesterday.
