Sep. 2--The Saha Group, Thailand's largest consumer products manufacturer, expects its revenue this year to rise by 25 percent to reach 100 billion baht, well above an earlier target of 10 percent.
According to Boonkiet Chokwatana, president of I.C.C. International Plc Co, a subsidiary of the Saha Group, the robust economy, spurred by the government's programmes to stimulate local consumption, had contributed to the better-than-expected performance this year.
A brighter outlook was also seen in export markets this year, Mr Boonkiet said.
