Oct. 3--SC Asset Corporation Plc, a property development firm owned by the Shinawatra family, will list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand next month to raise funds for future acquisitions of land and distressed assets.
The company plans to float 64.6 million shares with par value of 10 baht, representing 20 percent of total shares, through the initial public offering, said president Surathian Chakthranont.
Details of share pricing and timing have yet to be announced.
