Oct. 1--In addition to the Asean Free Trade Area (Afta), the 10-regional trade bloc should focus more on logistical co-operation to improve its competitiveness, executives say.
"The better the logistics system, the lower the production costs, making Asean countries more competitive," said Viraj Klewpatinond, a member of the Asean Business Advisory Council (Asean-BAC).
