Nov. 5--City Realty, the real estate arm of Bangkok Bank, will continue to focus on developing serviced apartments and condominiums in Bangkok next year after the launch of its I-House and Bangkok Garden developments.
President Chali Sophonpanich said the company had opened the I-House project, comprising two eight-storey condominiums, with a 400-million-baht investment in the current quarter.
The project, situated on Rama IX Road and targeted at expatriates, consists of 300 units for sale at prices starting from 900,000 baht each.
