Nov. 4--Ticon Industrial Connection Plc, a provider of rental factories in industrial estates and associated services, has spent more than 100 million baht to acquire land plots totalling 69 rai from Amata Corporation.
Ticon managing director Matthew Kuan said the company bought a plot of more than 40 rai in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate in Chon Buri and another one of almost 20 rai in the Amata City Industrial Estate in Rayong.
The company will invest another 300-400 million baht to build factories starting this month. They will be available for lease early next year.
