Nov. 4--Thai people should have the courage to put their own business ideas into practice, says Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who has pledged to offer government financing and regulatory support to create new entrepreneurs.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Thailand SME Expo organised by the Industry Ministry yesterday, Mr Thaksin said he wanted to see Thais develop an entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative and ideas to create new businesses and jobs.
