Nov. 1--Thai Airways International Plc has embarked on an internal morale-boosting programme to help it regain its position as Asia's No.1 airline.
The initiative entitled 'Towards Asian Leadership' is intended to build up morale and pride among its 26,000 employees ahead of its public share offering at the end of the month.
Out of the 400 million shares to be floated, some 15 million will be reserved for staff.
The campaign is also designed to support THAI's goal of becoming one of the top three airlines in Asia, according to president Kanok Abhiradee.
