Nov. 1--Siam Commercial Bank has revised upward its sales target for non-performing assets to three billion baht this year, from 2.6 billion earlier.
The bank recently closed the sale of a 1,750-square-wah plot on Sathon Road to Metro Property for 525 million baht, leading the bank to revise its target.
Karoon Laoharattanun, an SCB senior vice-president, said the new target was the second revision this year.
In the third quarter, the bank increased its sales target to 2.6 billion baht from 1.6 billion, after selling 1.8 billion baht in assets in the first nine months.
