Thailand's Siam City Bank to Set Public Offering Price at 21.1 to 22.7 Baht.

Nov. 6--Siam City Bank is expected to set the price of its public offering at around 21.1 to 22.7 baht, according to underwriting sources.
The price would cover one common share and two covered warrants. Each warrant can be exercised any day over one year for one common share. The exercise price is expected to be set at 1.2 percent over the public offering price for each common share.
The bookbuilding range for the share offering is 19 baht to 20.6 baht, with the estimated pricing for each covered warrant 1.05 baht.
