Nov. 6--Shin Corporation confirmed yesterday that it was in talks with potential partners to invest in low-cost airlines.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the communications conglomerate founded by Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra said it expected the negotiations to be concluded by the end of this year.
