Dec. 4--The Finance Ministry is reviewing property taxes to make the structure more appropriate for homebuyers, according to a ministry source.
The ministry has set a long-term plan to comprehensively review the tax burden on homebuyers, who currently have to pay several types of taxes such as the specific business tax, personal income tax, mortgage registration fee, transfer fee and household tax.
