Dec. 8--CAT Telecom plans to revive its nationwide CDMA project and make it a flagship business to offset dwindling revenues from its core international call service, which is expected to face stiff competition from TOT Corporation next year.
Under the revival plan, CAT will invest 12 billion baht in building up the nationwide mobile phone network and for marketing the service.
