Dec. 8--MasterCard International (Thailand) Co early next year plans to introduce corporate cards with an aim to offer commercial payment solutions for a growing business sector driven by the improving economy.
Thailand's recovery from the 1997-98 meltdown has been one of the most successful in Southeast Asia, according to MasterCard's economic adviser, Yuwa Wong. As well, the country is becoming a hub for several booming industries in the region.
