Two more West Nile cases reported in New Mexico.

2004 JUL 24 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- A Santa Fe County woman has become the second New Mexican to contract the West Nile virus in the state this year.

A Bernalillo County woman also came down with the virus, but state health officials say she most likely contracted it in Arizona.

Both women had only mild symptoms and have recovered, the state Health Department said June 28, 2004.

The state's first case of the year was reported last month in a San Juan County man who also recovered.
