Jul. 10--An endorsement from Britain's Prince of Wales for an unproven alternative cancer therapy has piqued interest in the treatment and the little-known San Diego institute that promotes it.
The Gerson Institute, which operates out of a converted Victorian house in downtown San Diego, has received scores of queries from the international media and potential patients since Prince Charles made a glowing reference to the so-called Gerson therapy in a speech June 24.
