Intrinsically-safe, In-Situ Analyzer, Model 5081FG utilizes zirconium oxide sensor cell to measure oxygen in process temperatures from 550-1400[degrees]C with accuracy of [+ or -]1.5% of reading. Since unit is mounted close to furnace or radiant section, it uses HART[R] protocol to deliver measurements, device status, and diagnostic data remotely to technicians. Applications include process heaters, reactor furnaces, hazardous waste incinerators, and boiler radiant zones.
