Jul. 2--124 Communications Co plans to become the first listed public relations company on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) next year after it makes an initial public offering to raise funds for expansion and to boost its image.

The company has not yet hired a financial adviser but has set plans to raise its registered capital to 40 million baht from two million baht now in order to meet the minimum requirement for a listed company on the MAI.
