Jul. 2--Trinity Holding is preparing to invest in China once it completes a new investment in Krung Thai Asset Management, according to chief executive officer Pakawat Kovitvathanaphong.
Trinity, which offers a range of securities brokerage, investment banking and financial services, is planning to take a 20 percent stake in KTAM, currently 99 percent owned by Krung Thai Bank. The bank in turn is a 20 percent shareholder in Trinity.
Mr Pakawat said the investment would help Trinity build up a long-term investor base and benefit both companies.
