Jan. 5--Office Depot is redesigning another local store, hoping a spiffier look will translate to more sales.

The Delray Beach-based office-supply giant is expected to convert a store on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach to its Millennium format. The design features more signs, better lighting and products displayed at eye level rather than stacked on tall shelves.

The new look is meant to eliminate the warehouse feel and make shopping easier by grouping related products together.

A store manager referred questions to an Office Depot spokeswoman, who could not provide details Friday.
