Jan. 8--Encouraged by a solid recovery in the automobile industry, SP International (SPI) has resumed the expansion of its car dealer business in a move to double the group's turnover to the pre-crisis level of almost 30 billion baht.
The major dealer of Toyota and Lexus cars is planning to open one car showroom each this year and the next in metropolitan areas, according to group chairman Chumpol Phornprapha.
