Tisco Securities Bullish for This Year.

Jan. 8--Shares of large-cap companies, banks and insurance firms are expected to continue to rise this year, with consumer finance companies and small-cap firms expected to underperform the market, according to Tisco Securities.
Overall, the Stock Exchange of Thailand index is expected to reach 900 points by the end of the year, supported by strong economic growth, growth in new investment and robust domestic demand and corporate earnings, said Tom Paiboon Nalinthrangkurn, the brokerage's research head.
He said the SET's price-to-earnings ratio was expected to fall this year to 15 times from 16 last year.
