GET YOUR KIDS MOVING

To help make physical activity a part of your young child's daily life, the National Association for Sport and Physical Education has developed a new brochure for parents and caregivers.

The booklet, produced in association with the Kellogg Company and the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, offers simple ideas for physical activities you can do with children from birth to age 5.

To download a PDF file of the booklet, visit www.naspeinfo.org and click on "New Early Childhood Brochure."
