Feb. 5--M.K. Real Estate Development Plc anticipates 60 percent growth in sales this year for a total of 2.5 billion baht after achieving 42 percent growth in 2003.
The company targets 2.2 billion baht in realised revenue this year, a 39.2 percent increase from last year's 1.58 billion baht, and 70 percent more than in 2002.
This year, MK will invest 1.5-2 billion baht in five new projects in Bangkok worth a total of 3.7 billion baht.
The company is also looking to develop condominium projects in the central business district in the near future.
