Thai Amway Targets Younger Market to Raise Cosmetics Sales.

Feb. 4--Amway (Thailand) Co, the country's leading direct sales firm, is trying to expand the customer base of the Artistry premium cosmetics line to a younger market.
At the same time, it has introduced its first TV commercial for the brand in Asia as part of a campaign to expand its image beyond being just a distributor of soap and household products.
General manager Preecha Prakobkit said the company planned to spend 80 million baht to promote its Artistry line in the first eight months of this year. Of that amount about 60 million will be allocated for TV commercials and the rest will be used for marketing ...
