Auto Dealers Generate Most Complaints to BBB of Northwest North Carolina.

Feb. 20--Consumer complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau of Northwest North Carolina were down last year from 2002, but dealers of new and used automobiles generated the most complaints for the second straight year.

The bureau filed 85 complaints against new and used automobile dealers, a 5 percent increase over the previous year, in its Top 20 listing of the most inquired about and complained about businesses in the 14 counties that it serves in the northwestern part of the state, including Forsyth.
