Feb. 3--ERA Franchise (Thailand) Co, a leading property broker, is branching out into property management to diversify its revenue streams, according to managing director Cosintr Comain.
It entered the business late last year by sealing a deal to manage the 100-unit Mor Mai Resort in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima.
It is now negotiating to manage another large resort in Khao Yai as well as looking for a shopping mall and office buildings in Bangkok to manage on behalf of a property fund in Singapore. "ERA will guarantee a 10 percent yield of investment to the fund for two years," he said.
