Feb. 2--It seems Angelos Angelou was right all along.
Angelou, a Texas consultant, released a market assessment plan for the Triad in the fall, calling for the area to latch onto the burgeoning digital-design industry.
At the time, the concept still seemed new to the area, and some economic officials seemed skeptical about its future.
