With dual, zero-crossing output signal, A1425 consists of ac-coupled differential sensor with on-chip capacitor. True zero-crossing detector has output that switches when difference in magnetic field strength between 2 Hall elements is zero. Dual-comparator scheme provides for accurate switching at zero crossing on positive and negative going regions of differential signal, while utilizing hysteresis to prevent false switching.
