Mar. 2--Market leader Land & Houses Plc expects this year to see its housing sales rise 20 percent to 22.4 billion baht, due to continuing expansion in the Bangkok residential market.
The listed developer plans to build and deliver a total of 3,800 residential units to homebuyers this year, up from 2,900 units last year, president Anant Asavabhokhin said yesterday.
