Mar. 2--PTT Plc plans to issue bonds worth 35 billion baht this year to expand its business and refinance existing debts, senior executive vice-president Pichai Chunhavajira said yesterday.
Two tranches will be issued. The first will be domestic bonds worth 15 billion baht to be sold late in the second quarter and the other US$500-million offshore bonds to be sold early in the third quarter.
Their maturities are preliminarily set at between 7-10 years, with fixed coupon rates of not over 6 percent.
