Mar. 2--Successful leaders should have the courage to break from traditional ways to try something new, suggests Tom Peters, a management guru who is in Bangkok this week to conduct a seminar entitled "Lessons of a Lifetime" for top business leaders.
He urged executives to "think weird".
"Fire the planners and hire the freaks. In an age of deviation, the only viable response to weirdness is to get weird," he said.
