Mar. 3--Big C Supercenter Plc, one of Thailand's top three hypermarket operators, is adopting a new "lifestyle" marketing approach built around tennis star Paradorn Srichaphan.
The cornerstone of Big C's 40-million-baht campaign to be launched tomorrow is a one-year contract signed with Paradorn -- rumoured to be worth 10-12 million baht.
Apart from appearing in a 30-second TV commercial entitled Paradorn, the tennis ace will make personal appearances at marketing events at Big C stores.
