Mar. 3--As the first allotment of its initial public offering was oversubscribed, Airports of Thailand Plc (AoT) decided to offer another 53.77 million shares under a greenshoe option to individual, local and foreign institutional investors.

The greenshoe option, a process which allows the underwriters of an IPO to sell additional shares to the public in case of over-allotment, will bring the total size of the IPO to 412.57 million shares, after all 358.8 million shares originally offered were fully subscribed last week.
