Mar. 4--STRONG GREENBACK COULD HURT LOCAL MARKET: Last week, this column mentioned the 690-700 level as an important technical support level. As I write this at lunch on Wednesday, the market is right there. It managed to have a one-day bounce last week but quickly retreated.
