Mar. 4--SC Asset Corporation Plc, a real estate developer controlled by the Shinawatra family, is negotiating with financial and asset management firms to form three joint ventures in property development, scheduled to be announced within three months.

President Surathian Chakthranont said the three projects on 20-rai and 60-rai plots in Bangkok and a 700-to-800-rai plot upcountry were expected to be developed for housing, condominium and office building projects. He declined to name the partners.

A source at Krisada Mahanakorn, however, confirmed that the company was in talks with SC Asset.
