Mar. 4--The construction material sector is expected to grow consistently over the next few years, aided by the continuous expansion of the economy and steps taken to control property speculation, leading industry players said yesterday.

Jotun Thailand, Thailand's third largest paint maker in terms of market share, plans to more than double production of its factory over the next few years.

Growth for the paint industry, now valued at 10 billion baht, was projected at 15 percent to 20 percent annually.
