From the new managing editor of The Army Doctrine and Training Bulletin.

It is with some trepidation that I take over as the new Managing Editor of The Army Doctrine and Training Bulletin: Canada's Professional Journal on Army Issues, from Major John Grodzinski. John is leaving me with very big shoes to fill, having carefully nurtured The Army Doctrine and Training Bulletin (ADTB) from mere seedling to the fruitful publication we know today, and he deserves the recognition of our profession as a whole for the work he has done. On behalf of all the readers and contributors to the ADTB, I would like to thank John, and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
