Apr. 2--Serm Suk Plc, the local bottler of Pepsi Cola, will invest 900 million baht this year to modernise machinery, improve logistics, build new branches and upgrade its computer system, according to its executives.

The company also has a new marketing strategy which includes new product launches including Mirinda Apple, Pepsi Twist and Lipton Mango, to add to its core stable of carbonated soft drinks.

The plan also includes extending it product lines to help expand its customers base. The company plans to offer non-carbonated drinks, said chief executive Somchai Bulsook.
