Series 100 rack and pinion actuators are offered in double acting and spring return designs. Eight models provide output torque at 80 psi from 300-29,000 lb-in. and provide pneumatic actuation up to 140 psig at temperatures from -40 to +200[degrees]F. Pre-loaded spring packs eliminate need for end caps and retaining bolts. Fully enclosed unit has integral porting, one-piece pinion, permanently lubricated acetal bearings, and die-cast aluminum pistons.
