Apr. 5--The SME&P Financial Advisory Centre will be upgraded into a unit under the Finance Ministry's Fiscal Policy Office and dedicated to supporting the One Tambon, One Product programme, according to Supinda Lertrit, the centre's chief executive.
The SME&P Financial Advisory Centre (SFAC) was established by the government in August 1999 as a service centre for small and medium-sized enterprises. The centre currently operates in 38 provinces and has a staff of 250.
