Apr. 7--Leading Thai organisations are revamping their human resources departments to ensure that the right employees are recruited through effective screening systems, according to consultancy APM Group.
Managing director Arinya Thalrengsri said the basic interview, language and intelligence tests are not sufficient for recruiting high-quality employees in the current highly competitive environment.
