Palm Beach County, Fla.-Based FPL Group, Office Depot Are Honored as 'Caring'.

Mar. 29--A national nonprofit thinks FPL Group Inc. and Office Depot Inc. have big hearts.
Both Palm Beach County-based companies were recognized by the Center for Companies that Care because of their "outstanding and measurable commitment to their communities, both in the workplace and beyond."
The Chicago-based nonprofit was formed in 2002 to help honor businesses that take steps to show how they value their employees, as well as the area in which they operate.
"We feel very honored to be a part of this," said Karen Vissepo, a spokeswoman for Juno Beach-based FPL.
