The director of UND's Aerospace Network recently showed an official from Massachusetts-based Education Development Center Inc., how to use a new Web site design application invented at UND, while both were sitting in their respective offices 1,500 miles apart.
"You know how to use a browser?" "You know how to use a keyboard?"
"Then you can do it," Borysewicz said, explaining how he taught Paul Giguere, a senior associate with EDC, to create a Web site over the phone.
